Terms & Cancellations

 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.

  1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

    • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.

  3. Changes to Itinerary: We understand that plans may change. If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

  4. Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice. Refunds may be subject to deductions for any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

  5. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, or delays, as well as medical emergencies and evacuation expenses.

  6. Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety and well-being during our tours, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in our tours.
